Transwestern Invests in FrontierGen

Real estate firm Transwestern has just invested in Houston-based FrontierGen, which develops infrastructure-heavy campuses in South Texas.

Together, the pair plan to ramp up construction of data centers and manufacturing facilities in the area.

Oftentimes, these hyperscale facilities need infrastructure matching that of a midsize city. FrontierGen’s infrastructure expertise combined with Transwestern’s real estate background will allow such campuses to be developed more efficiently.

Texas has been seeing plenty of development when it comes to these industries. The combination of readily available land and power has drawn strategic investments into the Lone Star State.
