Ares Management Corporation has just announced two major investments in U.S. data centers.
The first is a new 314-acre location in Spotsylvania County, Northern Virginia. The first phase will include 200 MW of capacity. Ada Infrastructure, Ares’ vertically integrated global data center platform, will develop and operate the site.
The second investment is in two 2025-vintage hyperscale data centers located in Leesburg, Virginia. The combined capacity is 165 MW across 745,000 square feet. The data centers are currently leased to a hyperscale customer under a 15-year triple-net agreement.
Both acquisitions and new builds like these continue to be strong in the data center space all across the country.
