PowerHouse Data Centers has just executed a long-term lease for a hyperscaler at Data Center Alley in Virginia.
PowerHouse develops real estate specifically for data centers, and is a division of American Real Estate Partners (AREP). This new lease at their Arcola campus proves that Northern Virginia continues to be one of the country’s most important hubs for data center advancement.
The 120 MW campus will cover 615,000 square feet across two two-story buildings.
According to Brian Katz, President and Co-Founder of AREP & PowerHouse Data Centers, Demand for secure, scalable digital infrastructure powering AI, cloud, and enterprise growth has never been stronger.
Looking at the development and growth lately within the data center industry, I couldn’t agree more. Those who can secure reliable power and readily available space will succeed in the AI race.
