American Power Gen Announces First Closing of Crowdfunding Offering

HOUSTON, TX — May 12, 2026 — American Power Gen (“APG” or the “Company”), a developer of dispatchable power infrastructure focused on supporting AI, data center, and industrial energy demand, today announced the successful completion of its first closing under the Company’s current offering. With this closing, APG has satisfied the minimum offering requirement for the raise.

The closing marks a significant milestone for the Company as it advances its strategy of acquiring and developing strategically located power generation sites positioned to meet rapidly growing electricity demand across ERCOT and other high-growth U.S. markets.
